Art Bio

I am a visual artist that writes poetry and stories, so Artist books is part of my artistic creation. To illustrate my texts, I use printmaking techniques like linocuts, serigraphy, xerox-lithography, and etching. I also use photography and riso-printing.

During the last two years I had worked natural materials to create sculptures and object installations.

I find inspiration in nature, sacred plants, myths and ancient rituals. I am driven by the power hidden in words., those could be a knife or a pile of popcorn.

In 2024, I had participated at Angereds Bokmässa with a printmaking workshop. Same year, during Konstrundan i Majorna in the month of April I show the Risography workshop at KKV Göteborg.

In 2022, I participated in my first book fair in Majornas Bokmässa, Göteborg. During 2023, I joined Spansk Bokfestival in Malmö (April) and Angereds Bokmässa (Göteborg). In the Bokfestival in Malmö I realized a workshop about Artbooks, and together with the audience we set up the base for a collective artist book called – Cenizas. This art-object was released same year and was printed at KKV Göteborg.

I received the Otto och Charlotte Mannheimers grant in 2022. At the end of the same year, with the support of VGR Provöversättarstöd 2022, sample of my poetry was translated. This include a poetry childrens book. For 2024 I received again support of VGR Provöversättarstöd to translate samples of my poetry works called Bonusbarn and Monster.
